Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development by acquiring customers across industries such as Semiconductor, Life Sciences, Automation/Robotics, F&B, Metalworking, and Packaging.
- Develop and expand the customer base for Industrial Sensors, Power Supplies, Cables, Transducers, RFID, Vision Cameras, and Network solutions.
- Identify new opportunities, manage the sales pipeline using CRM, and collaborate with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions.
- Grow market share in Sensors, IO-Link, RFID, and automation solutions while managing and expanding assigned key accounts.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Organize and deliver webinars, product seminars, technology days, and presentations manage related projects.
- Promote products and solutions effectively to drive market presence.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and foster long-term retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Controls, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales of Sensors & Control, IO-Link, RFID, or Automation solutions, or relevant application sales experience.
- Solid product and application knowledge in Industrial Automation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
