Key Responsibilities
Client relationship management
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and end-users.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions aligned with project needs and energy-saving goals.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all sales-related communications.
Sales & Proposal Development
- Develop energy efficiency solutions for ACMV and control systems in data centers, commercial and industrial buildings (70% engineering, 30% sales).
- Attend tender site show rounds, assess site conditions, create proposals, and react to RFQs/tenders.
- Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and pricing in response to customer queries and tenders.
- Present energy solution proposal to customer, including turnkey project and maintenance.
- Respond promptly to enquiries and provide pre-sales technical consultation where necessary.
Sales Planning & Target Achievement
- Develop and execute sales plans in line with annual sales targets.
- Contribute to team effort and be accountable for sales growth objectives
- Ensure timely follow-up on sales leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Communication & Documentation
- Provide customers with regular updates, technical documentation, and after-sales support when required.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activity and customer feedback to management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 23 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in:
- BMS Control Systems, Chiller Systems, Commercial HVAC (Air-Conditioning), Energy Efficiency / Green Building Projects
- Strong technical understanding of M&E systems and energy-saving technologies.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous in execution of work duties, must possess a positive attitude and is hardworking.
- Strong interest in tackling climate change by helping the building owners improve energy efficiency
