About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Engineer to engage industrial clients, understand operational challenges, and identify solution opportunities. This is a client-facing, field-based role combining engineering knowledge and business development.
Key Responsibilities
. Identify and connect with clients in industrial sectors
. Conduct meetings to understand operations and challenges
. Propose suitable solution concepts
. Qualify opportunities and support business development
. Maintain client pipeline and records
Requirements
. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field
. Min. 3 years of experience in either:
o Industrial / technical sales, or
o Engineering roles (maintenance, operations, plant, facilities)
. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
. Comfortable with client interaction and site visits
Preferred Profile
. Engineers who are interested in moving into a sales / client-facing role
. Candidates with sales experience in technical or industrial environments
. Confident in engaging new clients and building relationships
