Job Description

Working hours:

Mon - Fri , 8am to 5.30pm

Job Description:

1.Coordinate and optimize daily technician schedules, strategically pairing teams with jobs to ensure maximum efficiency and service delivery.

2.Act as the primary point of contact for Management Agent (MA) inquiries, professionally handling communications via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

3.Prepare accurate quotations for repair or replacement works, proactively following up with customers for approval and recording job confirmations for tracking.

4.Prepare and submit essential safety and regulatory documentation, including Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Method of Statements (MOS) for servicing works.

5.Maintain meticulous records of job confirmations, contractor summary sheets, and project milestones (e.g., WRPC, SE) for internal and client reporting.

6.Arrange for necessary site entries and work permits with building management while liaising with suppliers to check parts availability for upcoming repairs.

7.Provide proactive status updates to clients regarding technician arrival times and resolve service-related feedback or complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.

8.Any other task as assigned by Manager or Management.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ACMV customer service / service coordination

Familiar with ACMV servicing, repair, and maintenance workflows

Experience in scheduling technicians and handling service operations

Able to prepare quotations and follow up on job confirmations

Basic knowledge of RA, SWP, and MOS documentation

Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, MAs, and suppliers

Well-organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office
