Role Overview
The Operations Executive Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily site operations across cleaning services. The role ensures smooth manpower deployment, accurate attendance tracking, timely coordination with site supervisors, and proper documentation for audits and compliance. The position plays a key role in maintaining service standards and supporting operational efficiency across assigned sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support for daily site operations
- Coordinate manpower scheduling and deployment across sites
- Track and maintain attendance records accurately
- Liaise with site supervisors to ensure smooth service execution
- Handle service requests and operational issues promptly
- Support documentation for audits, compliance, and reporting
- Assist in ensuring service delivery meets contractual requirements
- Participate in site visits, meetings, and operational discussions
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of operations experience in the cleaning industry
- Experience in supervisory or site coordination roles preferred

- Knowledge of service contracts and compliance requirements
- Bizsafe Level 2(RMIP), Work-at-Height (WAH) certification and WSQ Customer Service / Customer Management certification (Essential)
- Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) supervisory certification (Preferred)
- Boom lift and scissor lift certification (preferred)
Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license for site visits and operational travel
