Job Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new sales opportunities to grow market share for marine engine/generator products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, OEMs, and customers to drive business growth.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Production, Planning) and overseas factories to support sales activities and customer requirements.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to customer needs.
Manage customer accounts, ensure satisfaction, and follow up on after-sales support.
Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and industry activities to expand business partnerships.
Support negotiation and closing of sales deals to achieve targets.
Perform coordination between customers, distributors, and factory for project execution.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in marine, industrial engine, or generator industry.
Knowledge of engine/generator products will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Willingness to travel as required.
