Sales Engineer (Industrial Equipment / Compressor) LT94

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales opportunities for industrial equipment solutions, including compressors and related systems

• Identify new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers across industrial sectors

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders based on customer requirements

• Provide technical recommendations and propose suitable solutions based on application needs (e.g. compressed air systems, energy efficiency considerations)

• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, service, operations) to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support

• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical discussions to better understand project requirements

• Monitor market trends and customer needs to support business development activities

• Work closely with after-sales teams on service follow-ups, maintenance support, and customer retention

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline

• Relevant experience in engineering sales, industrial equipment sales, or technical support environment

• Exposure or interest in compressors, rotating equipment, or industrial systems is advantageous

• Basic understanding of industrial applications (e.g. manufacturing, marine, oil & gas, general industry)

• Ability to interpret technical specifications or drawings

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach

• Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts or projects
