Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Activities
. Prepare detailed budget estimates and cost analyses for air handler product solutions
. Develop and deliver comprehensive technical and commercial quotations
. Complete technical specifications in accordance with project requirements and industry standards
. Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to clients
. Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate air handler solutions
Post-Sales Support
. Provide ongoing technical support to customers following product installation
. Coordinate effectively with the service team to ensure seamless project execution
. Address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly
. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle Stakeholder Management
. Liaise with consultants to understand project specifications and requirements
. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and key decision-makers
. Participate in technical discussions and project planning meetings
. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Sales & Business Development
. Drive sales growth within the assigned territory
. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports
. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Educational Background
. Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related technical field Professional Experience
. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry, specifically in air handler products or similar
HVAC equipment
. Proven track record in sales and application engineering
. Experience in liaising with consultants and contractors in construction or building services projects
Licensing Requirements
. Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license (mandatory)
