Responsibilities

• Memorize and apply technical product specifications to support sales and customer interactions

• Attend conferences, lectures, seminars, and workshops to enhance professional skills and knowledge
• Conduct market research and gather client feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement
• Write detailed reports and communicate with the production team to address issues and propose solutions
• Simplify complex technical terms during product demonstrations and post-sales customer support to enhance understanding
• Maintain and strengthen professional relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet with new clients to expand sales territories and increase market presence
• Update orders and sales records accurately while negotiating favorable contract terms
• Listen actively to customers needs and provide tailored product recommendations
