Job Description

Our client, a leading Japanese manufacturing company, is seeking a Sales Engineer.

Department: Precision Machinery Division - Equipment Sales
Reporting to the Section Manager

【 Responsibilities 】
- Introduce and share information on the company's products and services to new and existing customers.
- Support on pre-sale and post-sale.
- Responsible for developing long term customer relationships and maximizing customer retention.
- Attend and follow-ups to customers and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction.
- Able to meet customer to handle complaints for negotiation and follow up purchase order etc.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Able to work independent with minimal supervision.
- On-the-job training will be provided.

Requirement

【 Requirements & Preferences 】

(Must)
- Minimum diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- At least 1 year of Sales Engineer experience in the semiconductor industry, LED/LCD industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
