Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Engineer role located on-site in Singapore. The Sales Engineer will support business development efforts by providing technical expertise during client engagements. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering product demonstrations, resolving technical queries, offering tailored solutions to meet client needs, and collaborating with the sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves fostering strong client relationships to drive sales growth and ensure the seamless integration of ECT's products.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with a strong understanding of electronic connectors and cables
- Proven skills in Sales and Customer Service, with the ability to develop and nurture client relationships
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively
- Educational background in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- Relevant experience in the electronics or manufacturing industry is a plus
