Sales Engineer (Construction Materials)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prospect new project leadsthrough customer inquiries and platforms like BCI Asia and Gebiz.
• Conduct site visitsto check project signage and gather information.
• Cold call developers, architects, consultants, and contractorsto schedule meetings.
• Meet with stakeholders(architects, consultants, developers, and owners) to discuss project proposals.
• Prepare proposalsincluding product specs, budgetary costs, and mock-ups for approval.
• Attend tender interviewsfor main contractors and shortlisted subcontractors.
• Manage and update project leadsand client data in the ERP system.
• Analyze market trendsand competitor product specifications in the waterproofing admixture industry.
• Monitor market sharefor strategic planning.
• Follow up on projectsduring pre-tender and tender stages, providing timely feedback and coordination.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience in construction / manufacturing industry
• At least Diploma & above in any discipline
