Review and analyze project specifications, requirements, and technical drawings to prepare accurate and competitive sales quotations tailored to customer needs.
Provide comprehensive pre-sales support, including technical consultation, product selection, and solution recommendations to customers, ensuring a clear understanding of product features and applications.
Liaise and coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and according to project timelines.
Identify, evaluate, and engage suitable mills and suppliers for sourcing materials or products, and conduct price & contract negotiations.
Requirements
Min. diploma in any engineering discipline.
Min. 2 years of internal sales experience in valve-related products within the oil & gas, marine, or offshore industries is essential.
Proficient in Mandarin& English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Highly detail-oriented, proactive, with excellent follow-up and negotiation skills.
Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
