Sales Engineer/ Executive (Valves/Piping)

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead sales and marketing efforts for company products in a designated sector/industry in Singapore, aiming to achieve sales budgets through consistent engagement with customers, consultants, owners, and site visits.
• Facilitate all approval and certification procedures by liaising between the factory and relevant testing bodies.
• Analyze inquiry specifications and technical data to prepare comprehensive commercial and technical proposals, ensuring compliance with client needs and utilizing factory-provided technical drawings and data.
• Conduct technical presentations of Duvalco products to key stakeholders (consultants, end-users, contractors).
• Provide detailed responses to both functional and technical queries within inquiries and quotations.
• Act as the primary liaison for customer product inquiries and collaborate with the factory to analyze and resolve customer complaints.
• Organize and track sales progress, maintaining communication with customers and consultants to ensure efficient project completion.
• Generate monthly reports detailing quotation status, won orders, market intelligence, and upcoming projects, including competitor analysis and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE qualification in Mechanical/Environmental Engineering or 1 year of comparable sales experience.
• Ability to read and understand CAD drawings.
• A Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle are a benefit.
