Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to develop and manage business opportunities across aviation, industrial, and subsea sectors. The role involves selling Novegaaviation beacons, industrial power solutions (Victron), and subsea equipment such as strobe lights and Motion Reference Units (MRUs). The ideal candidate will combine technical understanding with strong sales skills to engage customers and deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities within aviation, industrial, and subsea markets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on long-term partnerships
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution presentations
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in B2B technical sales
- Background in aviation, industrial, or subsea industries is highly advantageous
- Candidates without formal electrical qualifications but with strong technical sales experience in these sectors are also encouraged to apply
- Good knowledge of electrical systems and industrial applications will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Independent, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Willingness to travel when required
