Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, providing technical expertise to support the sales process, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. Daily tasks include collaborating with sales teams, managing customer requirements, resolving technical queries, and delivering presentations or demonstrations to prospective clients. The Sales Engineer will also assist in maintaining strong customer relationships and contributing to overall sales performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and providing Technical Support
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage relationships effectively
• Experience in Sales and the ability to create tailored technical solutions to meet client needs
• Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets would be an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM tools and technical documentation skills are a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
