Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals that align with client needs and technical requirements.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers

• Interpret customer specifications and project requirements, offering tailored technical solutions and services.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet all relevant standards and deadlines.

• Provide accurate quotations, participate in tender processes, and negotiate contract terms with customers.

• Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and new developments to inform sales strategy and customer engagement.

• Offer after-sales support

• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and site visits as needed.

• Maintain detailed records of project proposals, communications, and contract documentation.

Key Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Material Sciences Engineering or any other relevant fields, preferably with at least 2 years of direct sales experience
• Prior work experience in building, construction or M&E consultancy industries is preferred
• Has passion and ability to manage a wide diversity of services
• Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus to establish positive relations
• Mature, self-disciplined and results-driven
