Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and propose Chiller & Equipment to building consultants and contractors

  • Responsible for developing long term customer relationships

  • Building close business relationship with customers especially key accounts in Data Center.

  • Good understanding & experience in Data Center industry.

  • Maximizing account penetration and customer retention

  • Identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with existing & new customers

  • Update forecast timely into the system

  • Negotiates value, addresses resistance, and close the sales. Differentiates & made Trane as preferred supplier

  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time

  • You also need to ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards.

Requirement:

  • Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent

  • 2 years in Engineering sales, experience in HVAC industry will be a plus

  • Customer driven with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
