Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate staff to enhance customer service quality and client satisfaction
• Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targeted sales growth
• Cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention
• Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives aligned with business goals
• Draft detailed and accurate sales reports to inform decision-making and track performance
• Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and tailor sales approaches accordingly
• Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand dynamics to determine optimal selling prices
• Estimate sales volume and profit margins for existing and new products to support forecasting
• Establish and deliver a sales training program to onboard and develop new employees
• Collaborate with sales managers to evaluate company performance and identify improvement opportunities
