Aufgabengebiet

  • Lead and execute the sales strategy across Singapore and the wider SEA region
  • Drive new business development while expanding existing key accounts
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through contract negotiation
  • Collaborate closely with global pre-sales and engineering teams to develop technical solutions
  • Build and manage a sustainable pipeline of large-scale capital equipment projects
  • Strengthen relationships with multinational clients and strategic partners
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and contribution to regional growth targets

Anforderungsprofil

  • 8+ years of senior sales experience within solution-based, capital equipment environments
  • Proven track record selling complex, high-value projects in intralogistics, automation, or material handling
  • Strong technical understanding of warehouse automation, software-driven systems, or engineered solutions
  • Experience managing regional sales strategies and multi-country customer portfolios
  • Ability to engage credibly with C-level stakeholders and sophisticated buying teams
  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation and contract management capabilities
  • Comfortable working in matrix organisations with remote technical and pre-sales teams
