Aufgabengebiet
- Lead and execute the sales strategy across Singapore and the wider SEA region
- Drive new business development while expanding existing key accounts
- Own the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through contract negotiation
- Collaborate closely with global pre-sales and engineering teams to develop technical solutions
- Build and manage a sustainable pipeline of large-scale capital equipment projects
- Strengthen relationships with multinational clients and strategic partners
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and contribution to regional growth targets
Anforderungsprofil
- 8+ years of senior sales experience within solution-based, capital equipment environments
- Proven track record selling complex, high-value projects in intralogistics, automation, or material handling
- Strong technical understanding of warehouse automation, software-driven systems, or engineered solutions
- Experience managing regional sales strategies and multi-country customer portfolios
- Ability to engage credibly with C-level stakeholders and sophisticated buying teams
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation and contract management capabilities
- Comfortable working in matrix organisations with remote technical and pre-sales teams
