Job Summary

Sales at P&G connects innovative products, marketing, customers, and consumers. You will develop and lead commercial strategies, collaborate with major retailers and smaller stores, and use consumer data and tools to drive sustainable business growth and leadership development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop commercial plans, go-to-market strategies, and business targets to drive Sales team performance
  • Lead the execution of regional strategies, key business priorities, and master plans to achieve growth objectives
  • Provide effective trade marketing tools to optimize in-store implementation and customer engagement
  • Present total category growth models to customers to expand market opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze spending to optimize budgets, maximize ROI, and improve promotion efficiency
  • Achieve annual targets for market share, turnover, and profit margins
  • Act as a trusted advisor by evaluating business challenges, anticipating stakeholder questions, and applying analytical skills to deliver top- and bottom-line growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence sales decisions and drive alignment across the organization
  • Lead multi-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various organizational levels to support business goals
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and innovation by seeking process improvements and fostering continuous growth

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or related field
  • Minimum 9 years of sales experience, preferably in multinational or FMCG companies
  • Expert sales capability with experience in at least two sales channels or customer types
  • Strong business acumen with proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Understanding of sales fundamentals including pricing, promotion, and trade terms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
