Our client, one of the biggest construction machinery distributor is presently looking for a Sales Director to join their growing team.
The Sales Director will lead a high performing sales team of 3 and is responsible for developing sales strategy and market expansion in key industries such as construction, logistics and power generation. Reporting to the Managing Director, the incumbent will develop customer engagement plans, collaboration with the after-sales team to provide full product lifecycle support to ensure smooth product delivery and service execution for maximum profitability.
Successful candidates can expect to work in a fast-paced work environment with a great cohesive team for the established organization.
