We are hiring a Sales Director with leadership role responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in China.
This includes managing sales teams, building key relationships with partners and clients, analyzing market trends, and ensuring performance against sales targets. Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is often required, along with experience in the specific industry of the company.
Key responsibilities
- Strategy and planning: Develop and implement sales plans that align with company goals and address the unique needs of the China market.
- Team leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a sales team to achieve revenue and performance goals.
- Market analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and inform strategy.
- Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Performance monitoring: Track and report on sales performance, including forecasts and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Business development: Proactively generate new business opportunities and revenue streams.
