The Acquisition Sales Director, AP Global Accounts, is responsible for acquiring Asia Pacific-headquartered customers within the AP Global Account segment across the One Lenovo lines of businessincluding Intelligent Devices Group (IDG), Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG), and Solutions Services Group (SSG). This role is pivotal in driving new business growth, building strategic customer relationships, and contributing to Lenovo's long-term success in the region.
Role Responsibility
- Acquiring Asia Pacific headquartered customers within the AP Global Account segment across the One Lenovo lines of business Achieve assigned financial targets
- Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with customers from decision makers, influencers to C-level to accelerate acquisition opportunities.
- Develop Go to market strategies and build a strong relationship with the ecosystem partners to win new business
- Recruit, lead and develop a team of Global Account Managers to drive sustainable growth of the business
- Contributing actively to long term growth strategies as a member of the AP Global Account leadership team
Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong track record in acquiring and growing large regional/global accounts.
- Experience leading sales teams and managing complex customer engagements across multiple geographies.
- Deep understanding of the APAC business environment and cultural dynamics.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Ability to travel across the region as required.
