We are partnering with a global Life Sciences provider supporting pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotech customers with specialised testing and analytical services. Their site in Singapore focuses on specialized microbiological services and they worked closely with their customers to ensure product safety via their robust testing solutions. Due to business expansion, they are now looking to onboard a new leadership headcount to lead the APAC sales team.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Global Sales Director, you will lead commercial growth across the APAC region by managing a team of Sales Managers and driving sales strategies for a portfolio of microbiology-related products and services. You will be responsible for forecasting, developing territory plans, expanding key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities while ensuring strong customer engagement and effective use of specialist teams. It also involves coaching and co-travel with sales teams, overseeing training programs, supporting trade events, and handling full team management responsibilities. You will oversee 4 key sites across APAC, including Singapore.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is someone with 8 10years of Sales, Business Development, and Commercial experiences within the Life Sciences, Medical Devices, and/or Biotechnology sector. You will need to have prior team management experience and covered APAC markets. Having knowledge of Microbial products/services will be an added advantage. You will need to be customer-oriented and comes with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets.
