We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales function and drive business growth in Singapore. This role will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, expanding market presence, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the overall sales strategy to achieve company revenue and growth targets
Drive business expansion by identifying new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs
Oversee the full sales cycle, including pipeline management, forecasting, and deal closing
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
Manage and grow key / strategic accounts, ensuring long-term business sustainability
Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay competitive
Lead high-value negotiations, tenders, and contract discussions with clients
Ensure accurate sales reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support decision-making
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum 10-15 years of sales / business development experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record in achieving significant revenue growth and managing high-value accounts
Strong leadership and team management experience
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong business acumen with strategic thinking capabilities
Experience in Singapore & China market is required regional exposure is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
