Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development and client acquisition across key segments including HNWIs, family offices, and institutional investors in the digital asset and asset management space.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, trading volume, and AUM growth targets across multiple products (e.g. funds, structured products).
  • Manage and expand relationships with top-tier clients, acting as a trusted advisor to provide tailored investment and trading solutions.
  • Oversee the entire sales lifecycle - from market mapping and pipeline building to deal execution, onboarding, and ongoing account management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with trading, operations, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless client experience and ensure operational excellence.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market channels to enhance brand visibility and market share.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to leadership on client trends, competitor activities, and product development opportunities.
  • Represent HashKey Capital externally at conferences, industry events, and client meetings, strengthening the firm's positioning and network.
  • Build, coach, and lead the sales team, fostering a high-performance, client-centric culture with clear targets and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in institutional sales, business development, or relationship management within financial services, investment management, or digital assets.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and managing key client relationships at a senior level.
  • Deep understanding of investment products and fund distribution.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence both internally and externally.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms strong presentation and analytical capabilities.
