Job Description

. Oversee daily operations and strategic planning to align with corporate objectives.

. Identify, evaluate, and screen investment opportunities across Southeast Asia, conducting due diligence and risk assessments.

. Collaborate on optimizing corporate structures and financial/tax strategies.

. Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners through regular visits, negotiations, and presentations.

. Execute sales initiatives, including organizing/attending trade exhibitions and developing market entry plans.

. Monitor regional regulatory changes and industry trends to inform decision-making.

. Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

. Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, investment analysis, or key account management, preferably within Southeast Asian markets.

. Proven expertise in cross-border trade, financial frameworks, or multinational project execution.

. Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and ability to identify growth opportunities.

. Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills adept at building rapport with diverse teams.

. Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50% of the time) within ASEAN and beyond.

. Prior exposure to Chinese corporate environments is a strong advantage.

. Bachelor's degree and above in Business, Finance, or related fields MBA or CFA certification is a plus.
