Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales operations in Singapore. This role will focus on driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and building a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the construction materials sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to deliver high performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategy.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (8-10 years) in sales leadership, preferably in construction materials, hardware, or related industries.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
