Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and partnerships to drive growth. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies.
Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed targets. Establish clear KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Business Development Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Negotiate high-value contracts and long-term agreements. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Sales Operations & Reporting Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management. Implement efficient sales processes and ensure CRM systems are up-to-date. Report regularly to senior management on performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 8-10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Experience in [insert industry-e.g., furniture manufacturing, F&B, interior design, etc.] is highly preferred.
