Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Director to lead our commercial strategy and drive sustainable revenue growth across our logistics and supply chain portfolio. This is a senior leadership role responsible for building high-value customer relationships, securing long-term contracts, and guiding the sales organization to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company's sales and commercial strategy in line with business objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and business development teams
  • Own overall revenue targets, sales forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Drive acquisition of strategic and enterprise customers through RFQs, tenders, and long sales cycles
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and partners
  • Oversee pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and commercial governance
  • Work closely with operations, solutions design, finance, and senior leadership to deliver integrated logistics solutions
  • Manage key strategic accounts and support major customer negotiations
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
  • Represent the company at executive forums, customer meetings, and industry events

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience within: 3PL, 4PL, LLP, or complex logistics environments
  • Proven leadership experience managing senior sales teams and large customer portfolios
  • Strong track record in securing high-value contracts and multi-year logistics agreements
  • Extensive experience handling complex RFQs, tenders, and enterprise negotiations
  • Deep understanding of logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain commercial models
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and executive-level communication skills
  • Results-driven leader with a hands-on and collaborative approach
