Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead business development efforts in the Data Center sector. This role is pivotal in driving strategic growth, expanding market share, and deepening client relationships across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting data center clients (colocation, hyperscale, enterprise).
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the region.
  • Lead high-value deal negotiations and contract closures.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including facility managers, procurement leads, and engineering teams.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on power protection, infrastructure reliability, and sustainability solutions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, project delivery and service teams to ensure solution alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide market feedback to inform product development and innovation.

Market Intelligence & Positioning

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client briefings.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of sales experience within the data center industry.
  • Strong understanding of critical power systems (e.g., UPS, DRUPS, generators, switchboards).
  • Experience selling engineering services or modular infrastructure solutions is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Regional experience across Southeast Asia is a plus.
