Job Description
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new logos and expand market share.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing enterprise clients across industries such as Financial Services, Technology, Government, and Healthcare.
- Interpret market and competitor trends to identify commercial opportunities.
- Set ambitious revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement.
- Lead and coach a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align regional goals with global objectives.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in B2B sales leadership, ideally across APAC.
- Proven track record in driving growth and managing multi-region teams.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and strategic planning skills.
- Hands-on leader with the ability to innovate and think outside the box.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
