As LeapIn continues to scale its commercial operations, we are hiring a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead sales execution, revenue growth, and commercial strategy.

Role Overview

The Chief Commercial Officer is responsible for driving revenue growth, closing strategic enterprise deals, and building and managing the sales organisation. This role combines hands-on sales execution with leadership responsibilities, ensuring that commercial strategy is translated into consistent sales performance.

The CCO works closely with the Founder and Leadership Team to define go-to-market strategy, while remaining directly involved in high-value deal closing and key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership & Deal Closing
  • Own and close high-value enterprise sales opportunities
  • Lead complex sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and contract execution
  • Build trusted relationships with senior HR and business decision-makers
  • Represent the company in key customer and partner discussions
  • Commercial Strategy & Go-To-Market
  • Define and execute sales and go-to-market strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Establish pricing, packaging, and sales motion frameworks
  • Identify priority customer segments and target accounts
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape
  • Sales Team Management & Enablement
  • Build, manage, and mentor the sales team (SDRs, Sales Managers)
  • Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Develop sales processes, playbooks, and pipeline management standards
  • Ensure consistent forecasting and reporting discipline
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing to drive demand generation and pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handover and long-term account value
  • Provide commercial input to Product and Leadership teams based on market feedback

Requirements

Must-Have

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or Enterprise Technology sales
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise and strategic deals
  • Experience building and managing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in HR Tech or AI-driven platforms
  • Familiarity with Singapore and regional enterprise markets
  • Experience working in scaling or growth-stage companies
