About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team in Singapore. This is a critical role that will identify and engage high-quality prospects in APAC, contributing directly to our revenue growth.

This position will report to the Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development.

What You'll Do

  • Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients within the APAC region, focusing on the Liminal's target segments.
  • Lead Generation: Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through various outbound activities, including cold outreach, leveraging industry networks, and attending events.
  • Qualification: Conduct initial outreach and discovery calls to qualify leads based on their business objectives and requirements, ensuring alignment with Liminal's solutions.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all prospecting activities, interactions, and lead statuses within our CRM (Freshsales), ensuring data hygiene.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development to refine prospecting strategies and ensure a seamless handover of qualified opportunities.
  • Communication: Craft compelling and tailored communications (emails, messages) to engage prospects effectively.
  • Market Insights: Provide feedback on market trends and competitive landscape to help refine our positioning and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a sales development, lead generation, or similar outbound sales role, preferably within the FinTech, blockchain, or SaaS industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely. A foundational understanding of blockchain, digital assets, or financial technology is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify prospect pain points and effectively communicate how a solution can address them.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills, capable of managing multiple leads and tasks concurrently.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to generating new business opportunities.
  • Possess strong grit and persistence, with a do not give up attitude when facing challenges in prospecting.
  • Demonstrate resilience and the ability to maintain motivation through extended sales cycles.
  • A good understanding of MEDDPICC sales methodology is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Fluency in another APAC language is a strong advantage but not a mandatory requirement.
