Position Summary

Join commsult as an SDR and play a key role in driving new business growth across the region. You will identify and engage potential clients, spark meaningful conversations, and connect qualified prospects with our sales team. Working in a B2B environment, you will develop a deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles, multi-stakeholder decision-making, and solution-based selling skills that form the foundation of a high-value sales career. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is hungry to learn, comfortable with outreach, and motivated by results.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Outreach

  • Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and market databases
  • Execute outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn with personalized, targeted messaging
  • Build and manage outreach sequences to generate interest and book qualified meetings

Lead Qualification

  • Engage prospects in discovery conversations to understand their business challenges and assess fit
  • Qualify leads against defined ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) criteria before handoff to the sales team
  • Schedule and confirm product demos or introductory meetings for the Account Executive team

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach with active campaigns
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
  • Track personal outreach metrics and share insights to continuously improve conversion rates

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

  • 13 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Comfortable working toward measurable targets (meetings booked, outreach volume)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar)
  • Proactive, resilient, and self-driven you don't wait to be told what to do

Good to Have

  • Experience in B2B tech or SaaS environment
  • Exposure to outreach automation tools (Outreach, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar)
  • Proficiency in other regional languages for APAC outreach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Singaporean Citizen or PR are encouraged to apply
