What You'll Do:
- Design with Purpose: Create compelling interior concepts that balance aesthetics, functionality, and client preferences.
- Lead Client Consultations: Guide clients through the design and material selection process.
- End-to-end Project Management: Guide clients through the renovation process -from initial consultation to project completion.
- Drive Sales: Identify upselling opportunities, close design packages, and recommend value-adding products and services.
- Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with vendors,and contractors to bring design to life.
- Project P&L: Ensure project's profitability and project budgetary management
What We're Looking For:
- Background: Diploma or degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of interior design experience sales experience is a big plus.
- Personality: You love engaging with clients, pitching ideas, and aren't afraid to ask for the sale.
- Skills: Proficiency in design tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar), excellent communication, and attention to detail.
- We welcome fresh graduates, and candidates without experience.
