Role & Responsibility
• In charge of all customer service and inquiry call, with follow up action
• Good attitude towards all customer satisfaction
• Answering inquiries, return orders, feedback, etc.
• Able to solve customer's problem by giving solutions and provide alternatives within time limits
• Arranging all customer's logistics, repair, installation, etc.
• Understanding all the products details, functions, specification, warranty, terms of sales,
(etc. and be able to provide/explain/clarify information in detail)
• Communicate with channels partner's service center for all claims, reports, logistic, etc.
• Serving both online and walk-in customers with a good attitude.
• Managing and monitoring orders from all sales channel
Requirements
• Relevant (customer support) experience
• Able to write and read in both English and Chinese
• Neat and organized personality
• Able to operate a computer and familiar using online tools
• Service orientation attitude
• Good communication skill, appropriate phone manner, a good listener
• Able to handle good/bad feedback with patient
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of electric gadget & experience in the retail field is a plus
• Experiences Customer Relations is 2 years (Preferred)
• Degree in the Education Level
• Degree holder in the relevant field
• Language: English (Required) & Chinese (Required)
Working Hour
• Monday - Saturday 10 am - 7 pm (5.5 days)
• Sunday & Public Holidays Closed
Full-time Salary
• $1,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
