Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Sales & Service Executive, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional showroom experience to customers.
Your responsibilities include:
Welcome and assist showroom customers professionally
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
Conduct client meetings and coordinate with internal departments
Build strong customer relationships and provide personalised service
Engage in sales activities and achieve sales targets
Negotiate and close sales confidently
Handle customer feedback, concerns, and after-sales support professionally
Perform basic administrative and office duties
Maintain accurate customer records and databases
Track promotional activities and sales performance
Participate in weekly team meetings and discussions
Collaborate closely with team members to achieve company goals
Gather customer insights and share feedback with internal teams
Requirements

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in retail, furniture, luxury sales, or customer service is an advantage
