About the Role
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing company in the gifting and e-commerce industry. We are looking for a customer-oriented and organized individual to support both customer service operations and sales administration functions.
This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers, handling coordination work, and working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Client Support
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, chat, and online platforms
- Provide professional and prompt customer support
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively
- Ensure positive customer experience throughout the order process
Sales Administration
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents
- Follow up with customers and corporate clients on enquiries and orders
- Coordinate with clients via email and phone professionally
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Order Fulfillment & Coordination
- Process and coordinate customer orders across online platforms
- Liaise with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth fulfillment and delivery
- Monitor order status and ensure timely completion
Requirements
- Singaporeans and PRs are welcome to apply
- Minimum GCE N/O Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
- Candidates with customer service, admin, retail, or e-commerce experience preferred
- Fresh graduates with a positive learning attitude are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
