Job Scope
- Timely prepare & print delivery orders, invoices, transfer notes & credit notes
- Generate sales report for sales personnel
- Liaise with customers & delivery contractor on delivery date & time
- Coordinate with Sales Team & Customers for order processing
- Follow-up & coordinate all administrative process in relation to work
- Prepare stock list
- Check & prepare monthly billing for delivery contractor
- Any other ad hoc duties as when assigned by superior
- Responsible for end to end supply chain coordination (including procurement, logistics and freight forwarding arrangements)
- Coordinate and perform follow up duties and assignments with the suppliers.
- Assist on stock taking activities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Independent, meticulous and a team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Diploma Holder

- Salary - S$2.8K
- Contract duration: 12-month contract
- Commencement Date: Immediate
- Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm or 9am to 6.30pm
- Location: Ubi Crescent
