Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and organized Admin cum Sales Executive to support administrative operations while actively driving sales of heavy and commercial vehicles. The role requires hands-on involvement in vehicle sales, coordination, documentation, and logistics to support end-to-end sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration:
- Handle day-to-day administrative duties including filing, data entry, and record maintenance
- Prepare, manage, and track sales documentation and customer records
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with customers
- Support management with reports, summaries, and operational paperwork
Sales (Bus & Commercial Vehicles):
- Conduct sales for the following vehicle types: Prime movers , Buses and minibuses, Lorries (including 24-footer and 10-footer), Vans
- Source and follow up on sales leads.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and explain specifications to customers
- Negotiate pricing and sales terms in accordance with company guidelines
- Prepare and manage sales agreements, invoices, and related documentation
- Coordinate vehicle handover and delivery arrangements
- Arrange and assist in shifting / movement of vehicles when required
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales roles
- Prior experience in commercial or heavy vehicle sales is an advantage
- Familiarity with sales agreements, contracts, and vehicle-related paperwork
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Proficient in MS Office
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
- Valid driving license is preferred
