About the Role
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented SalesAdministration cum Logistics Coordinator to support our Sales, Service and Management teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations, efficient order processing and professional front-office management.
Key Responsibilities
Administration
- Manage front office duties, including attending to visitors and handling incoming calls
- Provide administrative support to the Manager and internal departments
- Prepare quotations for Sales and Service teams
- Process sales orders and monitor shipment schedules
- Ensure shipping documents are complete and meet customer requirements
- Coordinate mail, messages and courier services
- Support marketing activities such as seminars, exhibitions and mailing campaigns
- Perform data entry, filing and document management
- Handle general enquiries and other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Logistics
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams for delivery scheduling.
- Monitor and track shipment status to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
- Handle import/export documentation if applicable.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in admin and/or logistics roles.
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
