Job Responsibilities:
Handle outbound calls and manage indoor sales inquiries and orders
Prepare and process sales orders and quotations
Coordinate sales logistics and delivery arrangements
Manage administrative and coordination tasks related to sales operations
Maintain and update sales databases
Establish and manage proper filing systems and sales records
Liaise with site and finance teams on sales-related matters
Follow up on accounts receivable
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
Basic computer skills and ability to communicate in simple English
2-5 years of sales experience required
Able to work independently
Willing to work overtime when needed
