QA Inspector (Cleanroom)

Responsibilities:

. Assist QA /QC Technician in all QA / QC activities.
. Conduct in process and outgoing assembly inspection in clean room.
. Perform functional test as specified in customer drawing.
. Identify and segregate non-conforming parts prior to reporting to supervisor.
. Maintain all inspection and quality records.
. Record and update accurate data in system.
. Issue NCMR in system and communicate to production.
. Assist in verifying customer rejections.
. Responsible for 5S housekeeping.
. Performs other duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent.

• Minimum 2-3 year of relevant working experience.

• Able to interpret engineering drawing and electrical schematic drawings.

• Experience working with electrical/electronic products.

• Handling of common QC measuring instruments / equipment.

• Meticulous and detail oriented.

• Ability to use Microsoft excel and possess basic computer skills.
