Responsibilities:
Liaise with customers, as well as internal personnel including the sales team, to:
- Provide customer with certified true copy of acknowledged invoice/delivery order upon request
- Follow up with salesman/customer for completed Account Opening + Credit Application Form
- Prepare/submit orders and applications required for customer management (e.g., Hamper/flower stand ordering, vehicle pass application)
- Provide customer with required certification documents
- Handle calls and process order for the customers
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills and able to work under pressure
- Team player with good attitude
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply
Work week:
- 6-day (including public holidays) or
- 5-day (excluding public holidays)
Work hours:
- 8am to 5pm (company transport provided to Admiralty MRT at 5pm) or
- 9am to 6pm (company transport provided from Admiralty MRT at 8am) or
- 1pm to 10pm (company transport not available)
