Job Description:
- Operate production machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for machine operation.
- Assist in planning daily production schedules based on order requirements.
- Monitor production progress and report status updates to the supervisor.
- Support inventory management of consumables (e.g., tools, spare parts, raw materials).
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages for timely replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the production area.
- Adhere to all workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide support for additional operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience is required, preferably in a production assistant role.
- Basic computer knowledge (e.g. Excel and simple data entry).
- Ability to understand and communicate in English.
- Prior experience in machine operation or a production environment is an advantage.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
