Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to provide essential administrative support and ensure the seamless operation of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing inventory, and overseeing various administrative functions, while maintaining accurate documentation and fostering effective cross-departmental communication. This dynamic role demands strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Coordination:

  • Plan and coordinate the import/export of shipments.
  • Obtain, evaluate, and compare air/sea freight quotations to ensure cost-effective solutions.

Inventory Management:

  • Oversee tracking and management of purchased goods, repair parts, samples, and consignment stock.
  • Procure cleanroom supplies and office stationery as needed.

Administrative Support:

  • Issue and manage delivery orders and purchase orders.
  • Accurately post customer and supplier invoices in a timely manner.
  • Provide general administrative assistance across departments as required.

Documentation & File Management:

  • Ensure all relevant documents are properly filed and organized.
  • Regularly update databases with precise, up-to-date information.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Offer support to the engineering team as needed.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings.
  • Participate in conference calls and other relevant meetings.


Job Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Minimum of GCE O Levels.
  • Experience: Open to fresh graduates 2-3 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
  • Skills & Competencies:Strong organizational skills with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    High attention to detail and a proactive approach to follow-up and problem-solving.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information.
    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
