Job Description:
1. Liaise/Coordinate with Supplier/Factory/Customer on delivery status
2. Issue sales and purchase order
3. Issue Invoices, Debit/Credit Notes to vendor and customers
4. Preparation of shipping instructions for overseas shipment
5. RFQ for new model/new projects
6. Issue delivery notes, packing lists, and stock checks
7. Updating of PO record and monthly sales accounts
8. Other duties assigned.
Requirements :
Min. Diploma Holder
Though not necessary, some experience using SAP software and sales coordination
experiences in electronics manufacturing industry may be advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
