Coordinate deliveries and confirm delivery schedules with customers and logistics providers.
Prepare and maintain import/export declarations and related documentation.
Upload FAIR and other required documents to customer portals.
Manage customer orders and spare part fulfilment activities.
Serve as the primary contact point for customers regarding order fulfilment and delivery matters.
Prepare quotations and support RFQ (Request for Quotation) activities.
Process spare part orders, purchase orders, invoicing, and margin tracking.
Issue Certificates of Conformance (COC) and upload documents to customer portals according to customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer orders and sales activities.
Support other sales coordination and administrative duties as assigned.
Diploma, Degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
At least 3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, order fulfilment, logistics coordination, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of order fulfilment processes, customer order management, or manufacturing operations will be an advantage.
Experience in a manufacturing or Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment will be an advantage.
